Come along and join us for our midweek 5K shorter social run at 18:15 PM. Meet at the “Dersingham Runners Meeting Point” sign adjacent the bicycle tool rack. We proceed with a group photo a few minutes before the run starts (optional if you wish to be a part of the photograph).

About the Event
Come along and join us for our midweek 5K shorter social run at 18:15 PM. Meet at the “Dersingham Runners Meeting Point” sign adjacent the bicycle tool rack. We proceed with a group photo a few minutes before the run starts (optional if you wish to be a part of the photograph).
The distance will be a 5K (3.1 miles) continuous run with no stops. We have not specified an average pace as all running paces are welcome. You can join us for all the run or just part of it.
If planning to attend, please mark yourself as “GOING” via our social media or register on our website so that we can ensure all members are present before we set off. If you experience issues doing this, please inform us as it is very important for us to plan and send routes out to you ahead of the event.
