Join us for our weekly longer run on Sunday. This will be minimum 10km and continuous. There may be a route posted in advance or we will agree it when we meet. Run can be longer if those attending wish. Route can also be changed or modified to allow for weather.

About the Event
Join us for our weekly longer run on Sunday. This will be minimum 10km and continuous. There may be a route posted in advance or we will agree it when we meet. Run can be longer if those attending wish. Route can also be changed or modified to allow for weather.
We mix up road and trail routes to keep it varied and suit all tastes. We don’t specify a pace, we will adapt it to the group with the intention of staying close together. As a guide 5 mins / 30 per km to about 6 minutes / 30 per km roughly covers the Sunday pace range. Meet at the Dersingham Runners meeting point sign near the washing machines. If it is hot please consider bringing a drink.
Please note the Co-op haven’t specifically granted permission to use the car park when attending, but they have raised no objection
